    About

The Eden rises south-east of Caterham, flowing eastward through Wealden clay to join the River Medway near Penshurst. This largely rural catchment has some urban pockets and is important for agriculture. The area is a Catchment Sensitive Farming priority area, which makes advice and funding available to farmers to improve water quality.
