The Middle Medway Operational Catchment consists of the River Medway navigation from Tonbridge to Allington Lock in Maidstone. Tributaries include the Len, Bourne, Ditton, Loose and Leybourne. This area is mostly rural with large urban areas of Maidstone and Tonbridge. The catchment is a key link for infrastructure including HS1, M20 & M2.
