    About

The Thrushel, Wolf and Lyd are tributaries of the River Tamar which flow westwards to meet the Tamar near Lifton. The Wolf rises near Broadbury and flows through agricultural and forestry land. A major feature of the catchment is Roadford Lake, an important water supply source. The Thrushel rises at Sourton Down flowing through an agricultural landscape before joining the Lyd.
