    About

    The River Hodder rises on White Hill and flows to join the River Ribble near Great Mitton. The Hodder drains much of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.The upper reaches of the river feed Stocks Reservoir. The Hodder has many tributaries including Chipping Brook, the River Dunsop and the River Loud.
