Any winching operation can only be undertaken after a Winch plan, either Basic or Basic and Advanced, has been completed. The document is used to plan and coordinate the winching activity and outlines the equipment, people and site location along with risks and control measures.

Attributes
An attribute is a particular piece of data that describes a property of an object. Each Element Type is described by a different set of attributes, although there are some attributes that are common to many Element Types.
