Standing approvals are requested by individual ports/harbours when submitting their (legally required) pollution contingency plans to the MCA for approval. Standing approvals are reviewed as part of the review of the pollution plans on a 5 yearly basis. Data has been captured with a co-ordinate precision of 1 metre.
