How Do I Submit and Respond to My Request Tickets?

Created: 18 September 2023 Updated: 27 June 2024

Through DSP Support you can submit a request to:

Ask a Question - Ask a question about the data or services on our platform.

Large Data Download - Request an off-line supply of a large dataset.

Report a Problem - Report any problems that restrict you from using our platform.

Give Feedback - Provide feedback about our data and services.

When you submit your request you will receive an automated reply from the DSP Service Desk by email, providing your ticket number (in the Subject) and a copy of the request description for reference. The Service Desk team will the correspond with you via email until your request is resolved.

When responding to the DSP Service Desk, you should respond by email to the previous email you received, with the correct ticket number in the Subject. If you have multiple tickets open at a particular time, take care when responding to the DSP Service Desk to ensure that you are responding to the correct ticket thread.

It is no longer possible or necessary to create an account on the DSP Support pages to view or manage your tickets. Instead all correspondence will now take place via email.
