Problems Accessing Spatial Datasets?

Some users are experiencing issues when accessing a previously viewed spatial dataset on the Data Services Platform (DSP). Before raising a support ticket please try clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser.

To clear cache:

  1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] on your Keyboard.

  2. Select the relevant time period e.g "since installation"

  3. Confirm your settings and "delete browser data"

  4. Refresh the page.
