Intermittent issues on the DSP Support pages

We are aware that intermittent issues on the DSP support pages were present this morning (January 18th 2024) affecting the ability to load and submit support requests.

The root cause of the incident was identified at 09:49 UTC and fixes were applied at 10:52 UTC. The support pages have now resumed all functionality.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
