Summary management approach
The overall approach is to Hold the Line and maintain the standard of flood protection in all timeframes. To ensure sustainable flood defences, and meet the requirements of environmental legislation, limited managed realignment of defences is occuring. Future management of this policy unit will be informed by the Humber 2100+ project.
