Summary management approach
Allow natural coastal evolution to take place, as there is little erosion or flood risk. Since the SMP was adopted, built development in the area has occurred contrary to the adopted management intent. The No Active Intervention approach should remain.

A new restaurant with its own defences has been built on the back of the beach by the Carbis Bay Hotel, which conflicts with the NAI policy for all three epochs here.
